E-40: Federal Vinyl LP New Wave / Alt / 80s / Punk Merch reviewed by Joey Coco 01/2015Oooooh. E 40's debut album finally reissued on vinyl, courtesy of Get On Down! Originally released in 1993, Federal was Earl Stevens (aka E 40) first full length and the beginning of a long career in rap and slang innovation. The Bay Area rap icon was one of the first West Coast rappers to sign to a major with 95's In A Major Way, but Federal came a couple years prior, and was released on 40 Water's own Sick Wid It imprint. Here Forty would introduce
